If you are not 100% delighted with about-face essentials skincare purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Please provide the original order number, request to return and/or exchange, and detailed request reasoning. Return and/or shipping instructions are provided within 3 days.
  • Upon receipt of the unopened, partial, or completely empty containers, a full refund of the product purchase price less the shipping will be issued within 48 hours.
  • Please note the following terms:
    • Customer is responsible for return postage.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • For purchases made with the "free shipping" offer, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
    • Refund packages marked “Return to Sender” or shipped "COD" will not be processed.
    • Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.


  • Retail: At this time, AFE only retails domestically (US) and unable to process any International sales.
  • Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, which excludes Saturday, Sunday and any Federal Holiday. Any possible delay are communicated via email.
  • Rates: AFE offers free shipping on all orders.
  • Delivery Estimates: USPS Priority shipping typically arrives within 3 days, however may take up to 5 days, depending on location.
  • PO Box/APO/FPO: When shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, a signature is required upon delivery.
  • Confirmation/Tracking: Shipping confirmation with tracking information is provided within 2-5 hours of shipment via email.
  • Damaged/Lost: Please contact us regarding any damaged or lost goods. On a case-by-case basis, we may ship a replacement, offer a discount or issue a partial/full refund.
  • Returns: Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. Please see Refund Policy above for more information.
